A neutral, third-party report with dated photos carries more weight than your own notes if a dispute ever reaches the Landlord and Tenant Board. And it saves you hours of your own time at every turnover.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and before 13% HST. Condo / Apartment and House / Townhouse base prices cover up to 3 bedrooms; house base prices include an unfinished basement.
